The geometry and band structures of the configurations show that the GNR with Si-dopant very different from other configurations, which is in accordance with the Mulliken analyses.
It is based on a nonlinear resolutor which can cope with parametric nonlinearities that are present in the model structure of the static configuration.
In fact, it is a semiconductor nanowire having the average-oxygen structure of the electron configuration, as well as the average-nitrogen composition of the nuclear subsystem (along with the hydrogen compensators of the charge deficit).
We found that the spin anisotropy significantly affects the band structure of the antiferromagnetic configuration so that there are bands that are dependent on the spin orientation of the edge atom with the highest magnetic moment.
The NMR structure of the latter configuration reveals an α-helix at the C-terminal region between amino acid residues Ile55-Lys85.
Table 2 lists the Fst value of the optimal number of groups, along with those of the value obtained with one group more or less, and the group structure of the optimal configuration is reported.
