Natural products chemistry survived and began to flourish again in recent years also through chemical biology and chemical genetics and the realization that natural product structures often explore structural space unavailable to combi-chem approaches.
Physicochemical space are likely to differentiate compounds according to their ADMET properties; structural space will differentiate compounds according to the structure of their chemical graph; finally biological space attempts to differentiate compounds according to their relative affinity for protein targets.
This genetic diversity can serve as an important source for new biocatalysts with desired characteristics [ 13, 14], as well as providing targets for structure-function analysis expanding our understanding of protein structural space [ 15, 16].
Projecting these structures onto the first two principal components of their structural space as described previously [ 24], reveals four major clusters.
As mentioned in the global searching segment, the structures of the GC pilus tend to converge into a smaller structural space, even with little distance constraints.
Progress has been substantial but significant difficulties still remain in distant-homology identifications and atomic-level structure refinements despite the fact that the PDB library is approaching completeness in structural space [ 12, 13].

Here, we present two chemoinformatic tools for structural space and structural activity relationship (SAR) analysis.
We highlight the four structural roles as four quadrants of the four structural space in Fig. 1.
The structural space dimension of the selected key concepts exposed significant changes in the ECB and the Fed discourses.
DPRESS may also serve to highlight regions of structural space from which more data needs to be gathered.
