These default-mode areas have also been identified as highly connected structural hubs within the cortex [58].
IL-12 (p40) and IL-10 were principal parents, with IFN-γ and MIP-1β displayed as structural hubs.
This second Bayesian network, which validated in vivo the predictions made in silico, had broadly similar topology (F score 0.861) and total network complexity and, most significantly, featured the same conserved structural hubs.
