"strongly satisfied" is a correct and usable phrase in written English.
It is typically used to describe a high level of contentment or approval with something. Example: "I was strongly satisfied with the service at the restaurant. The food was delicious and the staff were very attentive."
The majority of respondents were moderately satisfied with the current teaching methods (strongly satisfied: 10.8 %, moderately satisfied: 57.8 %, poorly satisfied: 22.9 %, unsatisfied: 8.4 %).
