This painless, gradual procedure involved binding a newborn child's head to a cradle board in such a way as to produce a long subconical form, a strong slope from the eyebrows back, or a distinctive wedge shape in which the back of the skull was flattened.
Varahi River basin comprises of varying slopes such as gentle, moderate, moderately steep, nearly level, strong slope, very gentle and very steep, with slope values varying from 0 35%%.

The result showed that, out of the sampled agricultural fields (n = 789), about 20% were found to lie on flat lands (slope < 4%), 49% on gentle slope (4 8%), 20% on strong slope (8 16%), and 11% on hilly topographic lands (slope > 16%).
For instance, in some places there is a strong slope of the terrain and trees grow slanted.
This was not the case as the trend in time was found to be statistically significant, but did not have a strong slope.

These features induce stronger power anisotropies [34], [36], [37] but can potentially introduce also stronger slope anisotropy.
