When 85 samples were studied for CNP1293, which had no plate effect, we found that, strikingly, Birdsuite achieved a 0% false positive rate and a 1.9% false negative rate, while the other three programs all had a low sensitivity (i.e., 1 - the false positive rate) and specificity (i.e., 1 - the false negative rate) for this CNV.
