A modified version of GHQ12, Negative GHQ (GHQ6-n), was constructed from the following six items from the GHQ12 measure [ 16]: sleeping problems, feeling tense and strained, feeling unhappy and depressed, finding it hard to deal with problems, feelings of lost confidence, and finally feeling worthless.
