For conidiation, strain blocks were maintained on straw decoction and corn agar media (SDC: 100 g of straw, 40 g of corn powder, 15 g of agar in 1 L of distilled water) at 28°C for 7 days in the dark followed by 3 days of continuous illumination under fluorescent light.
