You can improve your jumps by doing 10 straddle leg lifts on your right and left leg each and doing pike leg lifts.
If you can't jump well, improve them with straddle leg lifts, toe raises, squats, squat jumps, hopping around, practicing the jumps on a trampoline or your bed, doing T kicks, crunches, and practicing each jump non stop until you improve just a tiny bit.
