Each section was covered systematically using a digital camera (Diagnostic Instruments, Sterling Height, MI) attached to a Leica DM-IRB microscope (Leica Microsystems, Wetzlar, Germany).
All pancreatic tissue slides were imaged using a Leica DM-IRB (Leica Microsystems, Wetzlar, Germany) fluorescent microscope equipped with a 4-Megapixel CCD SPOT digital camera (Diagnostic Instruments, Sterling Height, MI) and merged using SPOT advanced imaging software.
Images of the tissue sections (20x, 40x) were taken using Nikon Eclipse E800 microscope (Nikon, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Japan), RT slider camera (Diagnostic Instrument, Sterling Height, MI), and SPOT advanced software.

The equipment delivered to each site comprised a slide scanner (Nanozoomer, Hamamatsu Photonics, Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan), a macroscopic imaging station (Pathstand 40, Diagnostic Instruments, Sterling Height, USA), visualization and communication software (mScope, Aurora Interactive Ltd., Montreal, Canada), computer stations, and storage servers.
Three parameters, that is, vertical bone height (VBH, mm), bone-to-implant contact ratio (BIC, %), and bone volume (BV, %) in the upper 3 mm straight implant portion in the buccal open defect and lingual peri-implant defect areas, were measured using SPOT Software V4.0 (Diagnostic Instruments, Inc., Sterling Height, MI, USA).
The album was well received by critics such as Derek Strange of RPGFan, who described it as a "must-have soundtrack" and complimented Ito in both arranging tracks from Romancing SaGa "to both sterling and awesome heights" and in composing new tracks that blended well with the older ones.
