A Statistical Angle-of-arrival and Doppler Method for GPS radio interferometry (SADM-GPS) is proposed for determining the characteristics of the Travelling Ionospheric Disturbances (TIDs) by measuring variations of GPS phase derivatives with respect to time and spatial coordinates.
