The quality of solutions determined by the HASH technique is defined by four parameters, average misfit, RMS fault plane uncertainty, station distribution ratio, and mechanism probability (Hardebeck and Shearer, 2002).
The possible existence is indicated of a correlation between the mean thermodynamic loss rate-to-capital cost ratios for all of the devices in a station and the ratios for the overall station, when the ratio is based on total or internal exergy losses.
For each combination of a site of interest and the reference station, the spectral ratio of the Fourier amplitudes of the records from the reference station and the site of interest was calculated.
With regard to precipitation, a scaling factor was calculated for each calendar month, RCM and meteorological station as the ratio between the average observed and average simulated monthly precipitation for the period 1981 2000.
In the Shinmoe-dake eruptions, the suitable procedure for source determination described above and the fact that tilt change trends recorded by each station and the ratio of absolute tilt value changes between stations were approximately constant throughout the eruptive events (Ueda et al. [2013]), strongly support the model of a single spherical source with no changes in position and shape.

The amplitude of the spectra for both the surface and borehole recordings and the resulting spectral ratio at station IBRH15 are shown in Fig. 2(b) and (c).
The site amplification factor at the site of interest was obtained as the product of the site amplification factor at the reference station and the spectral ratio.
The proportional mode refers to the users which will be assigned to the serving station according to the ratio of their serviced users, which is suitable to evaluate the system performance under different loads.
We show results for single antenna transmission (SISO), two transmit antennas at the UE using Alamouti Space-Frequency Coding [25, 26] with one receive antenna (MISO, Alamouti) and for two transmit antennas at the UE using Alamouti Space-Frequency Coding with two receive antennas at the base station (BS) applying Maximum Ratio Combining (MIMO, Alamouti and MRC).
