The circular cell shape that is characteristic of statically cultured endothelial cells has significantly elongated after 12 h, which is on par with significant increases in heparan sulfate as the cells move from static to flow condition.
The obtained results show that the proposed technique is able to increase significantly the load carrying capacity of statically indeterminate RC slabs, even for those with relatively high steel reinforcement ratios.
