As to statement 6 (autonomy of physicians), statement 16 (about provision of information to improve cost-effectiveness) and statement 18 (about trust in decisions made by the board of directors), physicians do not agree, whereas managers do agree.

A long list of charges claims the ex-finance director misled market analysts, made false entries in company accounts, and made "false and misleading statements to Autonomy's regulators in response to inquiries about its financial statements".
HP claims that the auditor signed off misleading public financial statements for Autonomy, and "did not disclose that it had long-running disagreements with Autonomy management over accounting practices at Autonomy".
"We are fully confident in the financial reporting of the company and look forward to the opportunity to demonstrate this to the F.R.C.," he said in a statement on behalf of the former management team of Autonomy.
