A KTP is, typically, a national- or state-level entity designed to create and nurture links among researchers, policy-makers and other research-users; these links draw the research and policy communities closer together to ultimately create cycles of policy-informed evidence and evidence-informed policy.
UNICEF's primary partners in this project are the BiH Ministry of Civil Affairs, the Ministry of Human Rights and Refugees and the Directorate for Economic Planning at the state level and Entity and Cantonal ministries responsible for social protection, health, education and human/child rights.
There are no sectoral ministries at the State level, but each entity has it's own Ministry of Health.
