Will it meet the objective standards of C-Span or be used as just another tool for incumbency protection?
It is proposed that the critical standard of Cd hyperaccumulator is 100 mg kg-1, and the key feature of hyperaccumulators is strong tolerance of the plant to heavy metals (Chaney et al. 1997).
In the present study, after 28 days Cd exposure, Shoots and roots Cd concentrations exposed to 25 mg L-1 Cd were 622.93 ± 66.93and 1575.64 ± 82.15 mg kg-1 DW respectively, far more than the critical standard of Cd hyperaccumulators, and L. japonica seedlings did not show toxic phenomenon obviously.
The standard of c and P value is shown in Table 2.
The same sample was also examined by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS, JEOL JPS-9010MX, Mg Kα X-ray source) calibrated with a standard of C 1 s at 284 eV for the determination of Ti2+, Ti3+, and Ti4+ peaks.
The same deposit was studied by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS; JPS-9010MX photoelectron spectrometer with Mg KR X-ray source; JEOL, Akishima-shi, Japan) calibrated with a standard of C 1s at 284.2 eV regarding the Zn 2p 3/2 peak, Cu, and O 1s.
The amount of C incorporation was determined according to a separate standard of C-histones.
Analytical performance of the CS-MCPE was evaluated with standard addition of Cd (II) under the optimum conditions determined above, and the corresponding results are shown in Figure 12.
A standard curve was prepared by weighing standard solutions of C, GC, EGC, EC, EGCG, and ECG purchased from Sigma-Aldrich (Sigma, Milwaukee, WI, USA) in 70% (v/v) methanol.
Study Design: Two clinical oral isolates and 1 standard strain of C albicans were included in this study.
