"standardized learning" is a correct and usable phrase in written English.
It is often used to refer to a type of curriculum or educational program that has been designed and implemented on a wide scale, often across a region or country. For example, "Many countries have adopted standardized learning methods to ensure students receive the same quality of education everywhere."
The "standardized" learning styles that have to be adopted for standardized tests do not have room to accommodate slow learners whose classification as ADHD and other categories can stigmatize students who might more likely thrive in a different environment.
