The phrase 'standardize between' is not correct
Standardize is a verb, so it should be used with a direct object (e.g. standardize procedures, standardize measurements). You can use it in the same way in written English. Example: We need to standardize our procedures to ensure consistency between departments.
Objective measurement of deformity and its correction are often quoted but overall outcome is difficult to standardize between papers as some authors use their own version of the 'excellent, good, fair, poor' system.
