Meet Roland Lewis, the president and CEO of the Metropolitan Waterfront Alliance, a nonprofit community organization that brings together over 800 of those stakeholders and regulators with what he calls "the brainiacs" – engineers, architects and ecologists – to communicate, pass laws and create best practices for using and building on our city's coastal border.

This highlights the challenge of marrying what the health professionals- the adopters- consider to be priorities with what stakeholders, such as commissioners, regard as priorities.
Although the findings should be interpreted with caution due to the potential selection effects of participants, it seems that the value driven nature of newly proposed and/or introduced care payment reforms is more closely aligned with what stakeholders favor in some health systems, but not in others.
