HBL100, HBL100v, HBL100Cx43, or HBL100GFP-Cx43 cells were co-cultured with HMVEC for 7 h and scored according to the described criteria for stages of migration (Fig. 1).
The study was powered to assess for stage migration of 15 20% from Stage I/II to Stage III/IV.
