As shown in Fig. 3a, HVAT decreased gradually from F0 stage to F4 stage, but comparison between F4 and F3 stage showed no significant difference, neither did the comparison between F3 and F2 stage, F2 and F1 stage, F2 and F0 stage, F1 and F0 stage.
As previous considerations for the temporal stage, a comparison between a baseline version, an in-core-level optimization, and optimized version across multi-core has also been performed.
At this stage, a comparison between the GAA and GP models was done in order to select the more appropriate model for predicting wall and bed shear stresses.

Each of these studies examine restricted developmental stages, making comparisons between the organisms difficult.
The comparison between stage A and the other developmental stages B, C and D indicates that as senescence progresses, the number of differentially expressed unigenes increases (Table 2).
