Images were taken right after injection and the resulting stacked image shown in Figure 4a.
The area inside the white rectangle in Figure 4b has been enlarged to highlight the change in the stacking (Figure 4d).
As expected, these higher order components distinguish stone toolmaking from even a relatively complex manipulative control task (box stacking: Figure 6D).
These thylakoids lost the cation-dependent stacking (Figure 1) and the lateral migration of membrane proteins, as well as the repair cycle of photodamaged PSII are retarded in stn8 and stn7stn8 mutant plants [7], [28].

In this case the two most reasonable structures for β2 oligomers conform to either the symmetrical, compact topologies mined from crystal structure (Figure 3A, blue) or the 'end-on' stacked structures (Figure 3A, purple), where single monomers within each dimer form the bridging contacts between individual dimers.
As expected, our biological data sets exhibited substantial deviation within individual image stacks (Figure 4).
