In this study, hot press sintering (HPS) was employed to enhance the stacking density of NaCl templates.
Finally, 3-D stacking of C720 system is considered, where four types of packing forms are introduced and the relationship between unit energy absorption and stacking density are elucidated by an empirical model.
The findings indicate that the less stacking density via the selective area growth and the reduction of the NW length could decrease the screen effect, resulting in the increase of the enhancement factor.
