To investigate nucleosome dynamics in response to the stress, we classified the nucleosome dynamics as stable occupancy, position shift, occupancy increase, occupancy decrease, gain and loss by comparing the nucleosome occupancy and position between the unstressed and stressed conditions (Supplementary Figure S1A).
Both proteins contain a bromodomain as the necessary motif for stable occupancy of the complex on acetylated promoter nucleosomes (Hassan et al., 2002), where SAGA is involved as a coactivator in the transcription of stress-induced genes in Saccharomyces (Huisinga & Pugh, 2004).

Implementation results show that the proposed algorithm can provide accurate bit allocation, stable buffer occupancy and improved video quality as compared to existing approaches.
Furthermore, it mitigates the difficulty for setting the measurement interval in switches, as well as features lower and more stable queue occupancy in the network.

In other words, stable nucleosome occupancy is more dominant than the dynamic nucleosome in these areas.
Stable HNF4A occupancy of these regulatory elements requires TAF4-dependent PIC formation highlighting that these are mutually dependent events.
The relative nucleosome enrichment level of selected genes versus input DNA was calculated using 2-ΔΔCt method with MAL8P1.36 as a reference gene which had stable nucleosome occupancy throughout IDC [ 53].

Plastic genes tend to exhibit less stable nucleosome occupancy of the region upstream of their promoters (Tirosh et al. 2009; Weiner et al. 2010), though divergence in nucleosome positioning does not always predict changes in expression levels (Tirosh et al. 2010; Tsui et al. 2011; Huebert et al. 2012).
