With the luxury boom of this century, and your desire to not just flop on the beach somewhere, but to have multiple experiences packed together so you can taunt your friends with dozens of postings on Facebook and Instagram, the concept moved from the background into the spotlight powered by two recognizable names, Abercrombie & Kent and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.
