Perforin-deficient hosts at 7 days after adoptive transfer of perforin-deficient SCILs exhibited 29% ±4.4%spinal demyelination, compared to 27%±6.1% spinal demyelination following adoptive transfer of perforin-competent SCILs (P = 0.349 by t-test).
