In view of the mutual interference between the two users and the inherent cognition and cooperation ability equipped at the CR, it is natural to evaluate IFC-CR under a cognitive spectrum sharing setup between, e.g., a licensed primary user and an unlicensed secondary user [20 23].
A test prompt gamma ray spectrum of the PGNAA setup was also acquired from a Portland cement sample, using a pulsed beam of 2.8 MeV neutrons.
This setup yields spectra with high signal-to-noise for the 0.4 0.85 μm spectral range.
