The iShares Lehman 10-20 Year Treasury Bond, which is an exchange-traded fund and a proxy for the longer end of the maturity spectrum, dropped 1.1%, or $1.27, to close at $111.72 Thursday, while the iShares Lehman 1-3 Year Treasury inched down 0.2%, or 14 cents, to $84.66.

At the top of Figure 1, we show also the PL spectrum of a sample of the LH particles in powder form with and without oxygen present (the arrow shows how the spectrum drops on the introduction of oxygen); this demonstrates the typical degree of quenching of the luminescence due to the energy transfer process.
Furthermore, the relative SERS intensity of the spectra dropped as the pH value increases.
The former show three characteristics in transmission spectra: drops around the Fermi level, dips at the bottom of the second conduction (nitrogen) or valence (boron) band, and sharp peaks at the Fermi level.
As mentioned before, the number of usable spectra drops when r exceeds 0.3 cm.
Thus, the amplitude of CSVR spectrum will drop with the increasing distance between the scanning chirp rate and the signal chirp rate.
Further downstream, a broad spectrum of drop sizes are recovered by the breakup simulation and produces spray quality, as in the no-breakup case.
Finally, in order to put less emphasis on message-dominant regions of the spectrum, we drop the 0.25 CPO filter, which carries mostly articulatory and formant-specific information relevant to the speech message (analysis presented in the next section).
On the other hand, the measured absorption spectrum of drop-cast thin films of low MW P3HT has a large baseline shift due to light scattering from the slightly rough surface.
