Participants had a repeat urine dipstick analysis after 1 week if proteinuria was 1+ or more in a urine specimen with specific gravity <1.015 or proteinuria 2+ or more in urine specimen with a specific gravity of ≥1.015 [ 29].
However, the immunoreactivity of both TNFRs was less intense in carcinoma cells than that in epithelial cells in cervical specimens with non-specific inflammatory changes.
Expression was also present in the viscera, including the spleen (Fig. 4 K ) and pancreas (Fig 4 L ), whereas less robust expression was observed on imaging of the liver (Fig. 4 J ). Cellular distribution of GFP was obvious after costaining of specimens with cell-specific antibodies.

Sections of the specimens were immunostained with specific antibodies for DKK-1 (Cell Signaling Technology, Danvers, MA, USA), PCNA (Santa Cruz Biotechnology, Santa Cruz, CA, USA), VEGF (Santa Cruz Biotech), and BMP-2 (Abcam) for overnight to identify the angiogenesis and osteogenesis biomarkers according to the product immunohistochemical staining protocols.
Sections of the specimens were immunostained with specific reagents for vWF (von Willebrand Factor), VEGF (vessel endothelial growth factor), BMP-2 (bone morphogenic protein 2) and osteocalcin in subchondral bone, and MMP13 (matrix metalloproteinase 13) and collagen II in articular cartilage (Santa Cruz Biotechnology Inc, CA, USA).
From these results, we can confirm that the proposed reconstruction method can effectively generate a virtual cement paste specimen with a specific void distribution.
