In the case of type B specimens, the value of P yield,S&T corresponds to the yielding of the tie between the nodes 5 and 8 and its symmetrical counterpart (the tie between the nodes 10 and 14), see Fig. 3b.
It predicts the permeability of a randomly oriented spherulitic diblock specimen from the values of the permeability coefficients of the individual lamellar regions of the copolymer.
From Fig. 7 it can be observed that for STC specimen the value of CTODc depends on distributed-load width and the value of CTODc shows maximum deviation for STC specimen having β = 0 from those obtained for TPBT for a given specimen size.
In case of a cube-split tension test specimen the value of the length/characteristic dimension (l/D) ratio is taken to be 1 for which Ince (2012) derived the four term universal weight function using boundary element method and finite element method.
In the same specimen, the value of 3-glyceraldehyde-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH) was also detected to calibrate the concentration of each target protein.
A rough estimate of the fracture toughness of the material has been determined from the results of the experiments conducted with the notched uncoated specimens, together with the values of the critical crack length at different alternating stresses.
Our results indicate that FS-negative specimens had almost twice the values of CA2 mGluR5 and CA2 MAP2 immunoreactivities, as compared to FS-positive specimens.
The results of the DCB tests under Mode I static loading showed a correlation between the fracture toughness and fracture morphology of the specimens, i.e., the values of fracture toughness (fracture morphology) can be ranked as aluminum alloy (interfacial)
The effectiveness of these retrofitting configurations is assessed and compared by evaluating experimentally the hysteretic response, the dissipated energy, the degradation of secant stiffness, the displacement ductility and the failure modes of each repaired specimen, and also using the values of these indicators obtained in the virgin state of the specimens.
