Essentially, the age of the patient, findings on digital rectal examination, abdominopelvic ultrasonography report on the prostate, serum tPSA, and histology reports from biopsy or prostatectomy specimens as indicated were extracted for analysis.
This was performed using fluorescein-conjugated monoclonal antibodies (Chemicon International, Temecula, CA, USA) against influenza A and B, RSV, adenoviruses, and hPIV1-3 on acetone-fixed smears of material from respiratory tract specimens, as indicated and as previously described [ 13].
Even though the magnitude of the association between NP colonisation density and prognosis was low, these data are in concordance with pneumococcal load data from invasive specimens as indicated above.
The material was collected and identified by Mona Ellithey, co-author of this article, using Red sea invertebrates' reference guide [ 19] which also provided detailed information specimen classification as indicated per organism below.
The crack and ultimate loads of the specimens were determined as indicated in Fig. 10 and are summarized with the corresponding medial and lateral displacement, valgus malrotation of the tibial head and static lateral stiffness in Table 3.
Other isolates were obtained only from clinical specimens as medically indicated.

Results were in complete agreement with those obtained previously (7 ): 19 specimens from 12 patients had C. canis, 15 specimens from 9 patients had C. felis, and no specimens had mixed Cryptosporidium spp., as indicated by RFLP patterns (Table and Figure panel D).
Post-processing with either electrochemical polishing or bead blasting is demonstrated to remove the deleterious effects of EDM, such that specimens possessed intrinsic fatigue behavior as indicated by crack initiation at interior locations.
Following the fixation and permeabilization step, the specimens were stained with NanoOrange as indicated above.
