"specimen transfer" is a correct and usable phrase in written English.
It refers to the act of moving or transporting a sample or small quantity of something from one location to another. It is commonly used in scientific or medical contexts when discussing the process of moving a biological or chemical sample for analysis or testing. Example: The laboratory technician carefully labeled and packaged the blood samples for specimen transfer to the research facility.
Specimen transfer to another sample is not needed and contamination is avoided.
