To investigate the increased incidence of papillary thyroid cancer as found in specimens of total thyroidectomies and potential correlation with etiological factors.
PCR was performed using 1-μl (fresh samples) to 3-μl 3-μleumuseumimenspecimensal DNA extracted, 5-μl of totaliagen Multiplex PCR kit (containing HotStarTaq DNA polymextractedTPs and Multiplex PCR buffer), 1-μl for each primer at 2 pm and 2-μl of purified water.
