Here, we have demonstrated the utility of next generation sequencing-based DGE profiling, not only as a tool for screening known gene candidates, but also for selectively identifying genes that are directly regulated by specified cues.
On each trial, a verbal cue specified which of the six memories a participant should recall.
In Experiment 2, the cue specified both effector and movement direction, and thus provided full response information.
In our study, a separate cue specified the task (set of stimuli were the same for both the tasks), which was similar to Cepeda and colleagues [ 3] study.
