In daily clinical use, this is probably most appropriate for defining the PTV for treatment planning and for basic dose specification for reporting, and it is the approach recommended in ICRU Report No. 50, 1993[ 4 ].
For dose specification for reporting, the margin that defines the PTV must be a closed line/surface, even if this may not be necessary for the proper selection of beam parameters.
We addressed these questions by comparing the differences between short and long term patients and comparing performance metrics between patients seen by primary care providers (general internal medicine and family practice) with those seen by specialist providers for two disease cohorts, diabetes and vascular disease, using the MNCM specifications for publically reported quality data.
For all specifications, I report the results for the regression in levels, in first differences for the full sample, and in first differences for the balanced sample in 1993 and 1997.
We showed that the best performing coatings could maximize ΔTsol (from 15.7% to 18.9%) and increase Tlum avg) (from 39%to44%4%) simultaneously, which surpasses the current bench-mark specifications ever reported for ARC-coated VO2 smart glazing.
Detailed specifications are reported for each performance measure, including period of assessment, method of reporting, sources of data, rationale, corresponding guidelines, and challenges to implementation.
CVi and bias were compared to the performance specifications for creatinine as reported in the Ricos-Fraser et al. database (Additional file 1) [ 18].
The quantile regression estimation results for various specifications are reported in Table 8.
Again, results are shown for both specifications and reported in Fig. 5a, b.
