Fujifilm's latest countermeasure is a special kind of image printing process that controls light "at a nanometer level".
The study was intended, its introduction says, to analyze the causes of growing popular unrest and to propose countermeasures, and its findings reflected special research in selected provinces.
"There are still some technical challenges, but this is a possible security threat," said supervisory special agent Edward You of the biological countermeasures unit of the FBI's Weapons of Mass Destruction Directorate.
But "absent finding a nail in somebody's shoe or finding a search on somebody's computer that they were looking up things to defeat the polygraph, you're getting into looking at a crystal ball and saying, 'Well, I think you were using a countermeasure,'" said James Wedick, a retired FBI special agent.
Special protection systems considering stability emergencies are the grid-level countermeasures for insuring operation stability.
However, it generally shows more cliff-edge shape without any special barriers (e.g. protective walls, water-tight doors and sealing countermeasures).
To encourage companies into development, the Bush administration in 2003 announced the creation of a special fund within Project BioShield, filled with $5.6 billion for the purchase of countermeasures like a new anthrax vaccine, yet by the middle of 2004, not a single large pharmaceutical company had begun development.
Special emphasis is placed on the evaluation of alternative remediation or countermeasure strategies using the multi-criteria decision support tool Web-HIPRE in scenario focused decision making workshops involving different stakeholder and expert groups.
But for now, agencies such as the FBI "aren't recommending any specific regulatory measures," says Edward You, a supervisory special agent for the FBI's Weapons of Mass Destruction Directorate's Biological Countermeasures Unit in Washington, D.C.
