However, in the rostral reticular formation where many of the premotor neurons for both muscles are located, these populations are distributed in a similar pattern, suggestive of spatial intermingling of these two groups of premotor neurons.
Chromatin remodeling associated to DNA synthesis, CTs relative positioning, loci spatial proximity, intermingling of chromatin loops and transcriptional activity could be critical to determine chromosome damage localisation, genomic instability and cancer-prone translocation frequencies.
Further, the local formation of more than one asexual generation may be characteristic for CWS as is suggested by the large spatial spread and intermingling of several genets.
