In eight studies [ 9, 10, 24, 26, 28, 41– 43] out of 22, trained observers assessed an interaction between a student and a simulated patient (SP) using a standardized history taking measurement tool.
qPCR was used to assay expression levels of 24 (19 conserved and 5 novel) miRNAs in artichoke leaves and roots from CP and SP using a stem-loop RT-PCR approach [ 40].
