In a statement to BBC Scotland, Tennis Scotland said: "With an annual turnover in the region of £1.5m, Tennis Scotland alone simply does not have the funding needed to complete these projects and, unless other sources of monies are secured, only three or four of these projects are set to be completed over the next four-year period.

On appeal, the court of arbitration for sport did find in July 2012 that they did not quite have indisputable evidence that Bin Hammam provided the $1m cash, but their decision was as qualified as can be, saying their ruling was not: "Any sort of affirmative finding of innocence … It is more likely than not that Mr Bin Hammam was the source of the monies".
"I think this document seriously calls into question the prior representation of Mr. Cohen and the White House relating to the source of the monies paid to Ms. Clifford in an effort to silence her," Michael Avenatti, an attorney representing Clifford, told NBC News.
Finally, as you consider how serious your tax and disclosure problems may be, consider the source of your foreign monies.
In effect, the country had lots of "monies".
"In terms of monies, it [the pay-off] wouldn't be something substantial," Delaney said.
