What sort of vacuum cleaner is it?
Harvard was just becoming what it is today, a sort of vacuum cleaner.
Just last week, researchers at a top Swiss university, the Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne, announced that they were designing CleanSpace One, a sort of vacuum cleaner in the sky — an $11 million one — that will be able to navigate close to a satellite and grab it with a big claw, whereupon both will make a fiery death dive.
You know, the sort of slightly cleaner version of the world wherever every is eating their burgers with clean, crumbless bites, rather than dribbling gherkin juice and Big Mac sauce down their spotty chins.
The extinct species, which belonged to a group of aquatic mammals called Desmostylia that lived across the North Pacific some 23 million years ago, hoovered up vegetation like some sort of beastly vacuum cleaner, according to a study published last week in the journal Historical Biology.
According to one police officer, "We went into a shed and I think we took off the gloves, took off the Tyvek suit, but left the boots on, and somebody washed the boots with some sort of bubbly type of cleaner in a bath, and then you went into a different foot bath where they washed that off, and then out into the area where we were eating".
"She sort of has a vacuum cleaner sucking up all of the personal experiences and storing them away so that they're available" for recall, says McGaugh.
