The phrase "somewhat motivated" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used to describe a level of motivation that is not extremely high or low, but somewhere in between. It is often used to soften the intensity of a statement, making it less absolute. Here is an example: "Although she was somewhat motivated to start exercising, she found it difficult to stick to a consistent workout routine."
