Other trace elements weathering from MS that are often of environmental concern include U and Mo, which mimic Se in their behavior; As, Co, Cr, Cu, Ni, and Pb, which show little redistribution; and Cd, Sb, V, and Zn, which accumulate in Stage I shale, but are lost to varying degrees from upper soil intervals.
The lowest CSV of −43 kPa was obtained under single line design within the 0 40 cm soil depth interval.
Genetic horizons and soil depth intervals did not have a significant effect on pH 1 5W.
After 10.5 d of operation, about 75.97% of Cd and 54.92% of 2,4-DCP were removed from soil at intervals of 24 h, whilst only 40.13% of Cd and 24.98% of 2,4-DCP were removed at intervals of 12 h.

During the irrigation interval, soil conductivity in surface soil layer below the top of the ridge was smaller than that below the bottom of the furrow, which indicated that the distribution of soil salt below the top of the ridge was more uniform than below the furrow.
In some species the gametophyte becomes a small, green plant with numerous lobes, growing on the surface of the soil; the time interval between spore germination and sexual maturity of the gametophyte may be eight months to a year.
