No wonder when it comes time to make basic nitty-gritty decisions that determine a company's fate, like the choice of a key leader or the decision to merge, discussion of culture often fades into the background along with other "soft" concerns.
"Soft" concerns, like insecurities that make us need to be the smartest in the room, in control of every little detail and minute task (if you're the CEO, do you really need to be OCD about printing & organizing name badges?) - even though letting them go will free up our time for other things.
Based on confidence regions, two methods for obtaining soft information concerning the parameter estimates are proposed.
In order to mitigate multipath propagation effects and to improve the positioning accuracy, soft information concerning the parameter estimates is used.
