In this research work a new method so called QFD method, which employs materials indices, is introduced.
In the last decade so called universal methods have been developed for these cases.
However, this is not feasible in most cases therefore the so called secondary methods have to be applied.
It is worth mentioning that most of the thermal measurement techniques are static or so called "bulk" methods (see Eq. 4).
Second, the EnKF literature contains so called localization methods [13, 14] to systematically approach high-dimensional problems by only acting on a part of the state vector in each measurement update.
