During the past several decades, various inexact programming methods were applied to waste management; they were mainly categorized as stochastic mathematical programming (SMP), fuzzy mathematical programming (FMP), interval-parameter mathematical programming (IMP), and combinations of these methods (Singh [2012]).
Our practice (Vancouver Breast Center, British Columbia, Canada) offers screening mammograms for women according to the Screening Mammography Program (SMP) guidelines of British Columbia.
The one-week inpatient Self-Management Program (SMP) is taught in disease specific groups for 16 patients, consisting of consultation with a rheumatologist, multidisciplinary disease specific teaching, physical exercises and sharing experiences in small groups.
