The ENSH model integrates ten policies in agreement with Article 8, 12, 14, and 21 of the WHO FCTC (Article 8: "smoking bans in public places," Article 12: "consumer information," and Article 14: "access to treatment for quitting smoking," Article 21: "research, surveillance and exchange of information").
Last week, Spain decided that e-cigarettes could be sold in tobacco shops, after they were listed as "smoking articles", thus side-stepping the growing controversy over whether they were a healthier alternative to cigarettes.
Professor Roger Scruton, darling of the moral right, asked one of the world's biggest tobacco companies for £5,500 a month to help place pro-smoking articles in some of Britain's most influential newspapers and magazines.

"With all that dough, you'd think the presidential aspirant might use some green to benefit society (because those garish skyscrapers and Atlantic City clip joints ain't the grandest legacy)," a Smoking Gun article from November of that year said.
In addition to sex and smoking, four articles additionally performed subgroup analysis by candidate polymorphisms [ 29, 30, 54, 99] mostly in genes from one-carbon metabolism and exposure-related pathways (that is, polymorphisms in the Ah receptor for POPs).
There were 21 articles focusing on active smoking only, 19 articles on passive smoking only, and 11 articles on both active and passive smoking (Table 1 ).
