At their peak, the average slope conductance and reversal potential were 950 ± 170 pS/pF and −28 ± 2 mV respectively (mean ± SEM; n = 5).
This study states that growth is reduced at low but diminished at high density compared to control; and plant growth is highest at intermediate density, due to a reversal in slope of the predicted growth density line.
