The study sample was purposively selected and consisted of ten experts in higher education instructional design, inquiry-based learning activity design, social network, cloud computing and enhancing critical thinking skills.
The research findings were as follows: the learning activities consisted of three main steps: 1) pre-teaching and learning preparation, 2) enhancing students' critical thinking skills through teaching and learning by inquiry-based learning activities using social network and cloud computing and 3) measurement and evaluation.
