The skill of self-leadership is eternal, no technology will erase it.

In this what is lost is an opportunity to foster in our children (and ourselves!) the invaluable skill of self-reflection, and to humbly take responsibility for the actual harm we have caused, as well as to tell the truth about what triggered us, and what we'd like to do to make up for it.
