The most common Raman shift features of P3HT were identified to be active at 1445.36, 1378.22, and 726.55 cm−1, which were assigned to Cα=Cβ symmetric stretching mode, Cβ Cβ skeletal stretching mode, and to antisymmetric Cα S Cα ring skeleton in-plane distortion in the thiophene ring of P3HT, respectively [71, 72].
